A fast-growing plumbing and septic service franchise, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead and manage our digital advertising efforts across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and support performance-driven marketing strategies. This role is essential to accelerating lead generation, enhancing brand visibility, and improving marketing ROI.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a creative edge—someone who can launch, optimize, and report on paid campaigns while working cross-functionally with our operations and customer service teams.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive leads and increase bookings
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-lead (CPL)
  • Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
  • Develop creatives and copy for paid campaigns in collaboration with the content team
  • Track marketing KPIs and provide weekly reports on ad performance and ROI
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with promotions, availability, and service areas
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to inbound messages/comments as needed
  • Collaborate on email campaigns, landing page design, and seasonal promotions
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and compliance requirements
  • Support local franchise marketing efforts through audience targeting and geofencing

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, A/B testing, retargeting, and lead generation funnels
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and related analytics platforms
  • Copywriting and creative asset coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
  • Familiarity with service-based businesses or local lead generation is a plus
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and fast-paced goals
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms is a plus
