We’re on the hunt for a WordPress and IDX Support Specialist to join our client team and help us keep their clients happy. You’ll be a key player, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing our sites. You’ll also help create new products and be our go-to person for all things WordPress.

What will you be doing in this position?
Answer website support queries related to our products and payments.
Troubleshoot and fix websites for clients.
Help with IDX Broker support and integration.
Manage our sites, including updates, plugins, and backups.
Assist in creating and posting new products.
Run our support desk using http://Helpscout.com
What do we need from you?
Proficient at WordPress coding and troubleshooting.
Experience with child themes.
Knowledge of IDX, especially IDXBroker.
Can create tutorials and how-to guides (bonus if you can make videos).
Can set up a complete real estate website.
Fluent in English (phone support required).
