Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in streamlining our digital operations. This role will be responsible for addressing and resolving technical issues across a range of platforms and applications, ensuring the smooth functioning of our digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical troubleshooting, especially with platforms like Zapier, Google Sheets, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management Tool -CRM- (GoHighLevel as preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with lead tracking systems and pixels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on task completion.
  • Demonstrated proactivity in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.

Responsibilities

  • Agency Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to agencies, addressing any errors or issues they might face.
  • Agency Lead Tracking: Ensure the correct installation and functioning of tracking pixels across all digital platforms. Monitor lead tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Email List Technical Errors: Monitor and resolve any technical issues impacting our email lists. Ensure all subscriber data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Lighting Leads Tech Issue Management: Follow up with any technical issues arising with the Lighting Leadz platform.
  • Lead Flow Oversight: Monitor and ensure that the lead flow process is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement & Proactivity: Proactively identify areas for technical improvement, offering solutions and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Zapier Flow Management: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Zapier integrations. Ensure seamless data flow and integration across various platforms.
