We are looking for a resourceful and highly organized Social Media Manager who thrives in dynamic creative environments and brings strong operational discipline to content development and execution. This is a fully remote role supporting the team from Latin America, focusing on managing social content calendars, writing engaging captions, collaborating with creatives, and overseeing platform activity through Sprout Social.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Execute and manage social strategies for multiple client and internal accounts
- Build, maintain, and optimize monthly content calendars
- Draft and publish platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
- Write intentional, compelling copy tailored to each brand’s tone of voice
- Use Sprout Social to post, schedule, analyze, and report on performance
- Monitor community engagement and interact on behalf of clients in real time
- Support visual content creation by collaborating on photo/video concepts
- Stay informed of evolving platform trends, tools, and best practices
- Work in tandem with creative teams including designers, photographers, and editors
What do we need from you?
- 3–5 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts
- Hands-on knowledge of Sprout Social (this is mandatory)
- Deep understanding of major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Strong command of grammar and storytelling through captions
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English preferred)
- Experience working with visual content teams and digital creatives
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Fast-paced, proactive communicator who is also highly collaborative
Your typical workday and workweek…
Typical Workday:
- Review and schedule social content for client campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team to align visuals and copy
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement in real time
- Prepare and analyze social performance reports
- Research upcoming trends and content hooks
- Attend virtual team check-ins and contribute to campaign brainstorms
Typical Workweek:
- Monday: Kick off team syncs, finalize and schedule the week’s content
- Tuesday–Wednesday: Engagement tracking, audience interactions, ideation meetings
- Thursday: Trend research, campaign prep, assist on creative reviews
- Friday: Analytics reporting and wrap-up recaps
