We are seeking a bilingual Sales Supervisor to join our client’s legal intake and sales training team. This individual will play a key role in training and coaching sales representatives at U.S.-based law firms. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, experience working in or with law firms, and excels at creating and delivering training presentations in both English and Spanish. This is a support role, working under the direction of a Lead Consultant.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Supporting the Lead Consultant in managing and delivering sales training initiatives
  • Designing and presenting structured sales training programs for client law firms
  • Leading virtual sales training sessions via Zoom for individuals and teams
  • Developing sales materials, training presentations, and sales scripts
  • Coaching sales teams on intake procedures, lead follow-up, and conversion best practices
  • Providing feedback on performance and helping implement improvements based on KPIs
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their sales goals and challenges
  • Monitoring CRM systems and assisting with training related to intake platforms

What do we need from you?

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales training
  • Prior experience working with law firms or legal services (required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage virtual meetings/trainings
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and CRM tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with legal intake processes or case management software
  • Background in coaching or adult education
  • Familiarity with performance metrics such as call conversion and lead response time

Your typical workday and workweek

Typical Work Day

  • Review new client tasks and ongoing case developments.
  • Draft pleadings and correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients via email or scheduled virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate with courts and opposing counsel as needed.
  • Update legal files and manage case deadlines.

Typical Workweek

  • Approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Flexible hours with availability during standard business hours (EST Time) for scheduled meetings and time-sensitive tasks.
