We are seeking a bilingual Sales Supervisor to join our client’s legal intake and sales training team. This individual will play a key role in training and coaching sales representatives at U.S.-based law firms. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, experience working in or with law firms, and excels at creating and delivering training presentations in both English and Spanish. This is a support role, working under the direction of a Lead Consultant.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Supporting the Lead Consultant in managing and delivering sales training initiatives
- Designing and presenting structured sales training programs for client law firms
- Leading virtual sales training sessions via Zoom for individuals and teams
- Developing sales materials, training presentations, and sales scripts
- Coaching sales teams on intake procedures, lead follow-up, and conversion best practices
- Providing feedback on performance and helping implement improvements based on KPIs
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their sales goals and challenges
- Monitoring CRM systems and assisting with training related to intake platforms
What do we need from you?
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales training
- Prior experience working with law firms or legal services (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage virtual meetings/trainings
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and CRM tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with legal intake processes or case management software
- Background in coaching or adult education
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as call conversion and lead response time
Your typical workday and workweek
Typical Work Day
- Review new client tasks and ongoing case developments.
- Draft pleadings and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients via email or scheduled virtual meetings.
- Coordinate with courts and opposing counsel as needed.
- Update legal files and manage case deadlines.
Typical Workweek
- Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Flexible hours with availability during standard business hours (EST Time) for scheduled meetings and time-sensitive tasks.
