This remote position focuses on high-volume outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting to help grow the client base of established roofing companies. The agency’s approach is highly personalized, revenue-focused, and operates with a white-glove, hyper-local strategy.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Conduct 100-150 outbound calls per day across warm, cold, and re-engaged leads (once it's full-time).
  • Book at least one qualified strategy session daily by converting discovery calls.
  • Qualify prospects based on revenue benchmarks ($1M+), licensure, and operational region.
  • Use scripts, follow-up workflows, and proven messaging to overcome objections.
  • Track email opens, responses, and lead interactions across funnel campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and appointment calendars.
  • Provide light administrative support including inbox management and scheduling.

What do we need from you?

  • 2–3 years of SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience.
  • Fluent English with a neutral or Latin American accent preferred.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and persistent.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, outreach automation, and dialer tools.
  • Knowledge of the home services or roofing industry is a plus.

Your typical workday, workweek and your performance evaluation will be based on…

  • Daily Tasks:
    • Review lead list and campaign analytics from email outreach and lead magnets.
    • Begin dialing by 9am EST, rotating between warm leads and campaign responders.
    • Log notes, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM.
    • Coordinate daily with marketing or leadership for lead refinement.

  • Weekly Tasks:
    • Monday–Friday, full-time (173 hours/month expected).
    • Daily outreach plus weekly alignment meeting with supervisor.
    • Weekly KPI submission and review.

  • Performance Evaluation & KPIs

    • Reports to: Director of Sales or CEO

    • KPIs:

    • Number of qualified discovery calls booked
    • Strategy sessions completed
    • Dial-to-connect ratio
    • Show-up and conversion rate to next step
    • CRM and reporting accuracy
