We are seeking a focused and proactive professional to drive sales development by identifying, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities. This individual will work remotely, directly supporting the sales team by researching new contacts and markets, structuring qualified prospect lists, and conducting initial follow-up via email, LinkedIn, and other tools.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Create and maintain qualified commercial prospect lists.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with cold contacts until they become interested.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports.
- Monitor and update the CRM with accurate and timely information.
- Generate weekly activity and results reports.
- Identify opportunities for events, trade shows, and strategic networking.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
What do we need from you?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development or prospecting.
- Experience working in B2B or real estate environments is highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical ability to identify commercial opportunities.
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and Excel.
- Intermediate-advanced English level for communication with the team and potential clients.
- High autonomy, proactivity, and organization.
