We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Part-Time Sales and Administrative Assistant to support administrative and sales efforts. This role is essential for managing incoming leads, performing outbound calls, and ensuring efficient follow-up through administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to balance administrative and sales duties effectively.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Make outbound calls to leads to determine their interest in our services.
- Extract leads from two platforms and compile them into an Excel spreadsheet or CRM for follow-up.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing and updating lead information.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients.
- Assist in managing and tracking the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and organize documents related to sales and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation and follow-up processes.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the sales and administrative functions.
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct outbound calls effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
