We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Part-Time Sales and Administrative Assistant to support administrative and sales efforts. This role is essential for managing incoming leads, performing outbound calls, and ensuring efficient follow-up through administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to balance administrative and sales duties effectively.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Make outbound calls to leads to determine their interest in our services.
  • Extract leads from two platforms and compile them into an Excel spreadsheet or CRM for follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing and updating lead information.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients.
  • Assist in managing and tracking the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and organize documents related to sales and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation and follow-up processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the sales and administrative functions.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct outbound calls effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
