We are hiring a remote Part-Time Marketing Assistant to assist with a range of marketing, administrative, and project coordination tasks. This role will support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, CRM upkeep, quoting support, and online presence management. You will work closely with leadership and vendors to ensure consistent branding, timely communications, and marketing-driven lead generation.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate contact and lead information
- Oversee website edits, updates, and coordinate with developers if needed
- Execute on-page SEO initiatives using tools like SearchAtlas
- Draft and edit blog content, service pages, and landing page copy
- Create, schedule, and report on social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Prepare and send client quotes using templated documents and CRM tools
- Conduct light project coordination including deadlines, follow-ups, and internal communications
- Perform industry or competitor research to support marketing strategy
- Organize digital assets (logos, brand guides, documents)
- Track key performance metrics and compile simple reports
What do we need from you?
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content coordination
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong writing and proofreading skills in English
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, WordPress, or content editors
Your Typical Workday and Workweek…
Typical Work Day:
- Check CRM and respond to marketing action items
- Coordinate tasks with marketing vendors or leadership
- Schedule content across platforms
- Research or write blog content as needed
- Track website performance or SEO metrics
- Follow up on open quotes or marketing initiatives
Typical Work Day:
- 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility across U.S. business hours
- Daily check-ins via Slack or email
- Weekly planning meetings with leadership
