We are looking for a LVL 3 IT Support Specialist to provide high-level system administration and advanced technical support for the maintenance and monitoring of critical data platforms, end-user devices, and direct assistance to customers. This full-time role demands extensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Windows Servers, Azure, RDS/WVD, LAN/WAN, VoIP, RMM tools, and remote management. Compensation will be determined based on experience and expertise.

What will you be doing in this position?

- Contribute to project planning, resource estimation, and technical guidance for new initiatives.
- Provide expert technical recommendations and ensure that all work meets quality standards.

- Engineer and deploy enterprise-class technology systems to support business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues through root-cause analysis.
- Analyze and document disaster recovery and failover solutions for critical systems.
- Offer premier technical consulting and support for valued customers.
- Lead technical design reviews, briefings, and other project meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting processes and solutions.
- Provide on-call support as part of a rotating team schedule.
What do we need from you?
- Certification in an IT discipline relevant to this role.
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar IT support role.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience providing first-line IT support.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Would be a plus if you have…
- Extensive experience with Windows Server versions 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, and 2019.
- Expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and VMWare.
- Ability to apply patches and updates to servers and client systems.
- Experience managing network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Knowledge of Office 365 tenant administration, including Azure, ADFS, and Active Directory Premium.
- Familiarity with redundancy strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience supporting PBX systems and firewalls such as SonicWall or WatchGuard
