This role will focus primarily on handling processing and non-licensed tasks, contributing to the efficiency of our operations. What will you be doing in this position?

  • Processing applications and policies
  • Managing client communications and responding to inquiries
  • Updating and maintaining database records
  • Assisting with claims processing
  • Conducting data analysis and producing reports
  • Assisting with policy renewals
  • Managing office scheduling and supporting event planning
  • Providing support to licensed agents as needed

What do we need from you?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior administrative support experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Experience with banking or financial services is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
