We’re on the hunt for a Virtual Executive Assistant (Legal Industry) to join our client team and help us keep their clients happy. The ideal candidate will have a background in law, either as a law school graduate, paralegal, or an administrative assistant with experience working in U.S. law firms. This role requires a professional who can handle both administrative and client-facing tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client relations.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Answer and make phone calls, effectively replacing the current answering service.
- Perform e-filings and manage legal documents with accuracy.
- Draft simple legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain a balance between sternness and empathy in client interactions.
- Assist in client relations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Utilize provided training videos to aid in the onboarding process.
- Create and manage content for the law firm's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), engage with followers, and monitor online reputation.
What do we need from you?
- Law school graduate, paralegal, or experienced administrative assistant with a background in U.S. law firms.
- Proven experience with social media.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-filing and document drafting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage client relations with a balanced approach of sternness and empathy.
Familiarity with family law is a plus.
