We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Digital Marketing and Website Manager to take ownership of our Shopify-based website and digital advertising efforts. This part-time, remote position requires expertise in Google Ads management, content creation (using AI tools), SEO (on-page and off-page), and general website maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of driving measurable improvements in web traffic, ad performance, and content quality.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (keyword research, bidding, A/B testing, ROI analysis)
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase search engine rankings
- Create and edit website content using AI tools and manual editing for clarity and SEO friendliness
- Update and maintain the Shopify website (adding new products, editing pages, updating visuals, ensuring mobile optimization)
- Regularly audit website performance and suggest improvements
- Track and report on digital marketing KPIs including traffic, conversions, and ad performance
- Collaborate with ownership to identify new marketing strategies and growth opportunities
- Oversee social media advertising and basic organic posting if needed
- Implement basic graphic design for ads, banners, and website visuals (using tools like Canva)
- Coordinate media spends and continuously optimize ad spend across platforms
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience managing Google Ads with demonstrated ROI improvements
- Strong Shopify management experience (adding products, editing pages, troubleshooting basic issues)
- Proficiency with AI writing tools (such as Jasper, ChatGPT, Writesonic)
- SEO expertise (both on-page and off-page)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create actionable marketing reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Your typical workday and workweek…
Typical Work Day:
- Review and adjust Google Ads campaigns
- Update Shopify website (add/remove products, adjust product descriptions)
- Use AI tools to draft blog posts or SEO content for the website
- Audit and optimize website SEO elements
- Monitor web analytics and advertising KPIs, and report findings
- Complete special projects assigned by ownership (such as new landing page creation)
Typical Workweek:
- 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Dedicated time for strategic planning, campaign adjustments, website updates, and reporting
- Weekly virtual meeting with the owner for updates and priorities
