We are seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Client Intake & Consultation Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This is a full-time remote position that requires clear, empathetic communication skills and a consultative, educational approach to lead engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in guiding individuals toward booking paid consultations with the firm. This role combines client service, sales, and administrative follow-up duties.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide an excellent first impression
- Screen leads for qualification and assess legal service alignment
- Educate potential clients on the value of a paid consultation
- Guide qualified leads toward scheduling and paying for consultations
- Conduct follow-ups with seminar and webinar attendees
- Track lead status and communication history in the CRM
- Attend weekly webinars hosted by the firm to gain legal service knowledge
- Coordinate reminders for upcoming consultations
- Collaborate with marketing to manage post-event communications
- Assist with intake documentation and ensure completeness before consults
What do we need from you?
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or client intake roles
- Exceptional phone presence and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex services in an empathetic, easy-to-understand way
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and call handling tools
- Knowledge of or experience in legal, medical, or advisory services is a plus

Typical Workday
- Morning check-ins and review of scheduled consultations
- Making follow-up calls and sending reminder emails to leads
- Attending firm-hosted educational webinars (Thursdays)
- Conducting screening calls with new inquiries
- Coordinating and confirming appointments
- Updating the CRM and preparing intake reports for legal staff
Typical Workweek
- 40 hours per week (Eastern Time business hours)
- High call volume early in the week with follow-ups and documentation later
- Weekly internal meetings and continued learning sessions
