Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our development team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web-based applications. You will work closely with our Frontend Developers to ensure the smooth integration of the user interface with the server-side logic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the server-side logic of our web-based applications
- Design and implement APIs and other web services for seamless communication between the frontend and backend
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python, Ruby, Java, or other backend languages
- Collaborate with Frontend Developers to ensure the smooth integration of the user interface with the server-side logic
- Optimize application performance for a fast and responsive user experience
- Ensure the security and scalability of all applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, or others
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Ruby on Rails, or Spring
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and database management
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
