The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field. (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience in social media management and community management engagement (Instagram as main social media platform).
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design basic graphics, visuals, and other multimedia content to complement social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytical tools to optimize strategies.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
