We are seeking a driven Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and build impactful machine learning solutions. You will be a key player in developing and deploying machine learning models that directly enhance our product and solve critical business challenges. This role requires taking ownership from concept through to production and ongoing performance monitoring.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Develop and deploy end-to-end machine learning models, from initial idea and experimentation to production and monitoring.
  • Design and integrate feature engineering pipelines that seamlessly fit into product workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to apply machine learning to improve existing processes or create new product features by understanding business problems and the product vision.
  • Evaluate the performance of models in production and continuously develop and implement improvements.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI/ML, especially those relevant to supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, data engineers, and analysts to deliver optimal solutions.

What do we need from you?

  • Skills & Expertise:
    o Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning principles (including parameter tuning and optimization).
    o Proven ability to build and deploy time series forecasting models at scale.
    o Experience with a range of ML algorithms, such as Neural Networks, anomaly detection, regression, classification, and clustering.
    o Solid software development skills.
  • Experience:
    o At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
    o Demonstrated success in developing, optimizing, deploying, and managing ML models within production systems.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    o Advanced skills in Python and SQL.
    o Basic understanding of AWS services (including ECS, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.).
  • Ways of Working:
    o Ability to work effectively both independently (research, development) and as part of a collaborative team (coordination).
    o Possess strong working principles: a learning mindset, transparency, agency, accountability, drive, rigor, and attention to detail.
