The Appointment Setter will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.


  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar customer service or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of persistence and resilience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Provide potential clients with information about our company and services.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest level and schedule appointments with the sales team.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls, including those which were not interested, callbacks, and scheduled appointments.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm scheduled appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the appointment-setting process.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
